 Eligible Candidates are required to apply online only between July 12, 2012 and July 28, 2012 through the Bank’s website www.abhyudayabank.co.in after carefully going through the instructions contained in this advertisement. No other means/ mode of application will be accepted. The application form should be filled in English only. Before registering his/her application on the website a candidate should possess the following :     a) A valid email id for filling in the application. In case the candidate does not have a valid email id, he/ she can create a new email id. This email id should be valid for the duration of the recruitment process.   b) A recent passport size colour photograph for pasting on the system generated printout of call letter for the subsequent written test / interview.   c) After applying online the candidate is required to download the system generated printout of the application. The system generated printout of the application should be signed by the candidate and preserve it for their record. The candidates are required to submit the application printouts at the time of interview if shortlisted.     Important Dates:

Candidates may download the call letters from the website from August 01, 2012 onwards by entering their e-mail ID and Date of Birth.     2. Selection Procedure
The selection would be made on the basis of performance in the written test by IBPS followed by personal interview conducted by the Bank.
The details of the written test are as follows :

Note :
There will be a penalty for wrong answers marked by the candidates. For each wrong answer 0.25 mark will be deducted.
3. Venue for the Written Test
The Bank will conduct the written test at Mumbai only. Any request for Change of Centre of Examination shall NOT be entertained. However the Bank reserves the right to add some other centers, depending upon the response, administrative feasibility, etc. The Bank also reserves the right to allot the candidate to any other center 0ther than the one he/she has opted for.

4. Candidates admitted to the Written Examination will be intimated the time and full address of the venue of written examination through Call letters from the Bank’s website. Candidates will have to take a printout of the call letter and affix their latest photograph in the space provided for the same and bring the call letters at the time of appearing for the written examination. Candidates will not be admitted to the Written Examination without a valid call letter. Candidates are advised to visit the Bank 's website on 1st August, 2012 to download their call letters from the Bank’s website by entering their e-mail ID and date of birth. In view of availability of the Written Examination Call Letter online no duplicate Call Letter would be issued to any candidate/s. 
General Instructions :
(Please read carefully before filling up the ONLINE Application Form)
a] Before filling in the online application form, the candidate must ensure that he / she fulfills all the eligibility criteria with respect to age, educational qualifications etc. as on July 01, 2012 in respect of the post for which he / she is making the application and that the particulars furnished in the application form are correct in all respects. In case it is detected at any stage that a candidate does not fulfill any of the eligibility criteria, and / or that he / she has furnished any incorrect information or has suppressed any material fact(s), his / her candidature will stand cancelled. If any of these shortcomings is/are detected even after the appointment, his/her services are liable to be terminated.

b] Decision of the Bank in all matters regarding eligibility of the candidate, the stages at which such scrutiny of eligibility is to be undertaken, the documents to be produced for the purpose of conduct of written test, interview, selection etc. and any other matter relating to recruitment will be final and binding on the candidates. No correspondence or personal inquiries shall be entertained by the Bank in this regard.

c] Eligible candidates have to appear for a written test and interview at their own expense at the venue and date/time notified by the Bank.

d] Candidates are advised to keep particulars of educational qualifications and other personal details ready before applying as these details are required to fill in the online application form.

e] Candidates are required to apply online through the link provided on the Bank website which will lead them to the online application form.

f] After filling in the form candidates are required to SUBMIT the application form. Candidates have to take a printout of the system generated online application form by clicking on the given link and preserve it for their record. The candidates will be required to submit the application printouts at the time of interview if shortlisted.

g] In respect of candidates belonging to SC/ST/NT category, copy of self attested caste / tribe certificate along with the original must be brought at the time of interview with a copy of the system generated print out of the application. The certificate should have been issued in the prescribed format and by Authorities empowered to issue such certificate.
Failure to produce all the requisite certificates / documents in original for verification at the time of interview shall lead to disqualification of the candidate.
h] Candidates selected are liable to be posted anywhere in India as per the Bank’s discretion.

i] Any request for change of address / change of centre for written test/ interview shall not be entertained.

j] The Bank reserves the right to add some other centres depending upon the response, administrative feasibility etc. The Bank also reserves the right to allot the candidate to any of the centres other than the one he / she has opted for.

k] The Bank has the right to reject any application/ candidature at any stage without assigning any reason and the decision of the Bank shall be final.

l] Appointments of selected candidates will be subject to his / her being declared medically fit by Bank Medical Officer, satisfactory report about his / her character and antecedents, verification of caste / tribe certificate (for reserved category candidates only) and completion of all other pre recruitment formalities to the complete satisfaction of the Bank. Further, such appointment shall also be subject to Service and Conduct Rules of the Bank.

m] Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification. Candidates are advised to keep their particulars of educational qualifications and other personal details ready before applying as these details are required to fill in the online application form.
