The interview of the shortlisted candidates will be conducted from 12.09.2012 to 27.09.2012 at different selected centres. The names of shortlisted candidates for interview for the post of Probationary Officers and Agriculture Officers in JMGS - I as well as schedule of interview are given in the following links:

The above list is purely provisional subject to verification of all details furnished by the applicants in their application. Call letters to the shortlisted candidates advising them to
appear for interview containing the details of venue, date and time are being sent by E-mail along with SMS alert to the Mobile number registered in the application respectively. The eligible shortlisted candidates are requested to download their interview call letters from our Bank's website from 03.09.2012 onwards as per the following links:

The candidates are required to bring following original documents + one set of duly attested photocopies of the same, at the time of attending the Interview:
1.    Downloaded Interview Call letter.
2.    Downloaded Application (submitted to IBPS)
3.    Downloaded Application (submitted to ORIENTAL BANK OF COMMERCE)
4.    IBPS Score card
5.    Caste/Tribe/Community Certificate (if applied under reserved category)
6.    Medical Certificate from Govt. Hospital (in case of OC/VC/HI candidates)
7.    Proof of Date of Birth (School Leaving Certificate etc)
8.    Secondary School Examination Certificate and Mark Sheets
9.    Higher Secondary Examination Certificate and Mark Sheets
10.  Graduation Examination Mark sheets of each year / semester
11.  Graduation Passing Certificate
12.  Computer Literacy -Certificate
13.  Photo Id (Pan Card / Passport / Voters ID / Driving License)
14.  Original Challan of Fees Paid
15.  5 Photographs
16.  Documents / Certificates in support of any additional qualification / experience mentioned in the application.
17.  And all other documents mentioned in the interview call letter.

The candidate will not be permitted to attend the interview without following certificates / documents:

• Down loaded Application (submitted to IBPS)
• Down loaded Application (submitted to ORIENTAL BANK OF COMMERCE)
• Photo Id (Pan Card / Passport / Voters ID / Driving License / Bank Pass Book with attested Photo)
• Interview Call Letter.

Important Note:

• All care has been taken in compiling the list. However, bank reserves the right to rectify any inadvertent error.
• No separate communication shall be sent to candidates whose Roll Numbers do not find a place in the annexed list of shortlisted candidates.
