Call Letters for Abhyudaya Co-op Bank Ltd Clerk Written Examination 12-08-12

Call letters for "Written Examination for Recruitment of Clerks"have been made available in Bank's website.

 click here and fill up your e mail ID 
( as per onlineapplication submitted) and date of birth. 
Candidates will be able to download Call letter from 11.00 a.m., Monday, 6th August 2012.
The candidates who are unable to download their call letters from the link provided may contact HRM Dept.at telephone nos. 27895090/65107394 and  the candidates who do not get their  call letters through the link despite fulfilling the eligibility norms as prescribed by the Bank are advised to contact  HRM Dept. along with their application & relevant records for verification purpose at
" Abhyudaya Bank Building, Second floor,Sector 17,
Vashi, Navi Mumbai 400 705 " on or before 10.08.2012 from 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. and collect their Call Letters.
INSTRUCTIONS 
The Candidate must carefully study the following instructions. Failure to observe anyinstruction will render him/her liable to such 
punishment as the Bank may deem fit which may also include disqualification and debarring in one or more future examinations of the 
Bank. 
1. Your admission to the examination is strictly provisional. The mere fact that the call letter has been issued to you does not imply that your candidature has been finally cleared by the
bank or that the entries made by you in your application for examination have been accepted by the bank as true and correct. You may please note that the Bank will take up the verification of eligibility conditions i.e. age, educational qualifications etc. with reference to original documents only at the time of interview of candidates who qualify for being called for interview on the basis of their performance in the written examinations. You may therefore, please note that if at any stage, it is found that you do not satisfy the eligibility criteria as given in the Bank’s advertisement, or the information furnished by you in the application is incorrect, your candidature is liable to be cancelled forthwith, with such further action as the Bank would like to take.   
2. Please bring call-letter with your recent passport size photograph firmly pasted on it when you come for the examination. Candidates without photograph on the Call-letter will not be permitted to appear for the examination.  
 3. You should be present in your seat at least 30 minutes before the actual time of examination.  

4. You should bring with you BALL POINT PEN, TWO H.B. PENCILS, ONE ERASER AND ONE SHARPNER for answering tests. Answer sheets/Text Booklets will be supplied by the Bank.  
5. Please mention your complete roll number and name on Answer Sheet carefully.  
 6. Please check the accuracy of the information as regards name, address, category to which you belong printed on the call letter. In case of any discrepancy, you are requested to indicate the same on this Call Letter and hand over at the time of examination. You may appear in the examination with the Call Letter received by you. Please also write your correct name on the answer sheet at the time of examination.  
 7. Use of Mobile (Cell) phone, Books, notebooks, calculators, watch calculators, pagers etc. is not permitted in the Examination. Any candidate found resorting to any unfair means including giving/receiving help to/from any candidate during the test will be disqualified. The candidate should be vigilant to ensure that no other candidate is able to copy from his/her answers.  
8. Any request for change of Centre/Venue will not be entertained.  
9. The Candidate after finishing this examination shall continue to remain seated at his/her desk and wait until his/her answer sheet / Test booklet are collected.  
 10.  The Call letter will be taken back at the time of examination.  
11. The Ansersheets/Test booklets supplied by the bank to the candidates must be returned to invigilators.  
Anyone found in unauthorised possession of the Answer sheet/ Question paper/ Test Booklet will be liable to be prosecuted
