Primary owner of the relationship at local level and contact point for Broker issues.
Meeting all mapped broker SPOCs at least once a month.
Driving CRP productivity.
Ensure TATs/feedback of all leads are shared regularly with Broking Partner within defined time frame.
Coordinate with local broking partner to ensure YBL SA is linked as primary account for payout.
Driving activation/AQB maintenance in sourced Capital market savings accounts
Increase cross sell penetration in the acquired portfolio of accounts.
Experience: 4 to 8 yrs.
