HOW TO APPLY CHECK THE DETAILED PROCESS BEFOR LOGIN

Candidates are required to have a valid personal e-mail ID. It should be kept active for the duration of this recruitment project. Bank may send call letters for written test, interview etc., through the registered e-mail ID. In case a candidate does not have a valid personal e-mail ID, he/she should create his/her new e-mail ID before applying on-line. Third party e-mail IDs are not permitted. Read this document completely before applying online.

Candidates should keep the particulars of their IBPS CWE Score details, Educational Qualifications, work experience details and other personal details ready before applying, as these details are required to be entered in the online application.
The application submission is done in two stages. In the first stage all the data relating to the applicant are captured and on submission of the online application, the Registration Number and Password are displayed. The applicant has to note down these details. Please note to enter the details correctly. "Modification" option is not available for making any changes for the details once entered. A link is provided in this screen for printing the fee payment Challan for payment of the Application fee in Andhra Bank branches. (Please print the challan in Landscape Orientation). The application fee can be paid through NEFT also where Andhra Bank Branches are not available.
In the Second stage, after payment of the application fee, the applicant has to login again through Update Application Detailslink, upload his/her photo and signature and enter the details of the application fee paid suitably and then submit the application once again
The applications without photo, signature and fee payment details will not be considered for further processing and will be discarded.

The application fee can be paid by:
1.Payment at Andhra Bank Branches:
Use the challan printed by you for paying the Application Fee in any of the Andhra Bank Branches. Please check that the branch has filled up the Branch Code and Name of the Branch, Date of Payment and Transaction ID invariably and the challan is signed by an official of the branch. The branch will return the Applicant's copy portion of the challan to you.

2.PAYMENT through NEFT from Other Banks:
Fill in the NEFT Challan as required by the Bank with the Beneficiary details as follows:

Pay the requisite fee and Collect the NEFT Payment Receipt. Please check that the receipt is properly signed and the details of NEFT UTR No., IFSC Code of the sending branch, Name of the sending Bank, City, Deposit Date, Amount etc. are noted in the challan by the Bank authorities.
TO UPDATE THE APPLICATION WITH FEE PAYMENT DETAILS AND UPLOAD PHOTO AND SIGNATURE:
1. Candidates should first scan their photograph and signature, ensuring that both the photograph and signature are within the required specifications. The file size in both cases should be < 20 kb. If the size of the file is more than the specified limit then adjust the settings of the scanner.
2.Candidate is now ready to update their application online, by visiting the Bank's website www.andhrabank.in
3.Candidates should carefully fill in the details from the Fee Payment Challan/ NEFT Receipt in the On-Line application at the appropriate places and upload the scanned photo and signature. Candidates are advised to verify every particular given in the On-line application. The name of the candidate or his/her father/husband etc should be spelt correctly in the application as it appears in the certificates/mark sheets. Any change/alteration found may disqualify the candidature. After the details are filled up, click on recheck; if recheck is successful, then click on submit and submit the application.
4.On successful submission, a link for printing the online application will appear. Click on this link and take a printout of your online application, which is required to be submitted to the bank at the time of Interview. Do not send the printout to the Bank now.
Information filled in on On-Line application will be final. No further changes will be allowed except to the extent mentioned in clause 7.1
Candidates are advised in their own interest to apply On-Line much before the closing date and not to wait till the last date to avoid the possibility of disconnection/inability/failure to log on the Bank's website on account of heavy load on internet/website jam.
Please note that even if the date for On line registration is extended, the dates for payment of application fee will remain unchanged i.e. 31.07.2012 to 14.08.2012.
The Bank does not assume any responsibility for the candidates not being able to submit their application within the last date on account of the aforesaid reasons or for any other reason beyond the control of the Bank.
Applications once registered On line will not be allowed to be withdrawn and/or the application fee once paid will not be refunded nor be held in reserve for any other examination.
Candidate should preserve the original counterfoil of the fee payment challan /NEFT fee payment counterfoil/challan/advice and submit the same along with the Call Letter at the time of Interview. Without original counterfoil of fee payment challan/ NEFT Receipt and the call letter for Interview, the candidates will not be allowed to appear for the Interview.Candidates should exercise utmost caution while updating their details in the online application. There is NO provision to modify the submitted online application
