Job Description
* Develop and sustain a system for Fraud identification, monitoring, investigating in the location / region.
* Develop and maintain fraud control agencies in the region to facilitate law enforcement liaison and follow-up on the field activities.
* Leverage the agency capabilities adequately and maximize their productivity through constant monitoring & training wherever required.
For Mumbai & Ahemadabad
* Develop and implement processes for improving the quality of sourcing in the region.
* Conduct proactive audits of sourcing partners, verification vendors & cause investigation into suspect fraud applications.
* Maintain appropriate control over the acquired portfolio and minimize revenue leakages (external)with robust processes in place.
* Strengthen the transaction processing activities of the region by recommending process/policy changes where applicable and through regular training of front-end staff and vendors.
* Assist the Risk Management Group in research and analysis on industries/clients/markets.
* Regular Anti Money Laundering and KYC training of staff and related vendors.
* Timely communication of key information and trends by way of a detailed Fraud Control MIS
* Monitoring & maintaining TAT for entire region.
* Monitor and keep control over the budget for the region.

* Strong communication and co-ordination skills with a knowledge of MS office would be an added advantage
