The first Exam of Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) was held on the 18-09-2011 in two batches in a day for A Common Written Examination (CWE) for selection of personnel for Probationary Officer/ Management Trainee posts in the Public Sector Banks, and result of the same exam Declared by IBPS on 12th December 2012.
Approximately the more than 10,40,000 candidates appeared for the IBPS PO Exam in 2011 and the 1,11,993 candidates declared passed or qualified for the same exam.
Where as for the IBPS clerk exam Result , the number of total applicant was 43,54,315 where as only 30,54,000 candidates appeared for actual exam and 5,31,000 declared qualified the clerical exam conducted by the IBPS.
IBPS Specialist officer which was held on 11 March 2012, 3,90,896 candidates were applied and 2,94,439 candidates appeared for the actual examination with announcement of result only 16,099 candidates declared qualified for the post specialist officer it said that the total number of the post of specialist officer are 4,000.
Now everyone is looking for the Result of IBPS PO 2012 examination which will be expected to be come out within 2-3 months.
