Markets Officer at ANZ Bank Bangalore will contribute to a super regional bank goal.
To support the trading activities of ANZ Global Markets
To process static data maintenance
The primary function of this role is to support the trading activities of ANZ Global Markets Business units in Australia, Asia, Europe and America. Duties include processing, static data maintenance, confirmation and settlement of global markets business on a timely and accurate basis. Liaison with the global markets operations sites is also an essential part of the role. Good customer service ethics is very important for this role. Additionally, this role will respond and follow-through to ensure customer needs are met by liaising with other parts of ANZ globally, (front office and back office sites globally) to resolve as required and escalate complex matters to the line manager.
Qualifications:
Incumbents with a graduate or a post graduate degree will be prefered. Candidates with the ability to produce high quality work with minimal errors will add value. Being proactive within a team environment, across campuses to meet set SLAs and prioritise work commitments will be an added advantage. Candidates should have well developed communication skills specifically verbal and written communication. Applicants with excellent customer service skills will be looked up to.
