they need not pay any fee/intimation charges,but for doing this the applicant need to resubmit the application form and also fill up the required details whereas you also have to fill details of "Details of Application Fee Paid" from your previous application challan which you can also get form your previous print of application, however it is also need to take into consider that you have to produce it at time of interview if you get shortlisted, they also explain that those who are not applied before need pay fee through CBS challan or NEFT receipt.
